An address in relation to the duties of teachers and Priests &c.
Descided and sanctioned that those who have been ordained, and  those who are sent forth apply to for license.
Descided and sanctioned that there be no more stated meetings  the Elders may administer the sacrament if they see a conven ient opportunity.
Closed in prayer as usual.

A Council convened at . Ohio, January 6.  1836, for the purpose of filling the vacancies of the High  Council of Zion.
Presidents & and also  a goodly number of high priests and Elders to the No. of 15, and one priest.
Address by Prs. . announcing the decease of  Counsellor who died on the 27.th of November 1835.
Four Counsellors had been chosen as Apostles and special witnesses  Viz: , , &  Proceeded and nominated instead of the above named Counsellors as  follows:

Proceeded and ordained the above named Counsellors and  solemnity rested upon the whole congregation, because the Lord was  with us, and great blessings were expressed and confirmed upon  the heads of the aforementioned counsellors.
