Whereas complaint hath been made before me, Mayor of the aforesaid, in said upon the oath of Wm Seely of said that E[d]win Little of said did unlawfully assault and beat him the said Wm Seely in said aforesaid These, therefore, are to command you, forthwith to apprehend the said Edwin Little and bring him before me, or some Justice of the peace, to answer the premises, and further to be dealt with according to law.
