Whereupon the Court ordered the Motion to be sustained, and that procedendo issue to the lower Court
Procedendo issued to the clerk of the Mayors Court June 3. 1844 A bill of particulars was ente[re]d on the back of the p[r]ocedendo for collection $5.75
February 10. 1845 The Clerk drew on the Treasurer for the above fees, amounting to 5.75 [p. 104]
