On this day came the said plaintiff by Rich & Reeves his Attorneys, and the said having made default to plead according to the rules of this Court, thereupon came a jury to wit Elza Hoagland, David Coon, David M Geehon, Harmon Booth, B W Gillock, S. B. Agnes, John J. Miller, E. Gilbert, James Allen, John Applebee Elias Overton & John Gandy who being empannelled and sworn well and truly to assess the try and assess, the damages sustained by the said plaintiff upon their oaths do say we find for the said plaintiff <​palaintiff​> guilty, and assess the damages at two hundred dollars it is therefore considered by the Court the said plaintiff recover of the said his costs in this behalf expended and let issue therefor [p. 173]
