We command you that of the goods and chattels of of your you make the sum of twenty one <two> dollares and twelve and an half cents, cost of the Trial of Joseph Smith on before the Municipal court of said , June 13 1844,— which suit of Habeus copus originatd on an arrest of said Smith by .— constable of , on an warra[n]t issued by J.
