We command you that of the goods and chattels of of your you make the sum of twenty one <​two​> dollares and twelve and an half cents, cost of the Trial of Joseph Smith on before the Municipal court of said , June 13 1844,— which suit of Habeus copus originatd on an arrest of said Smith by .— constable of , on an warra[n]t issued by J. P. on the 11th. of June instant on complaint of said . and here of make due return to me within seventy days from this date.
