We command you, that of the goods and chattels of , in your , you make the Sum of twenty four dollars and thirty and one fourth cents, cost of court in case of , on before the Municipal Court of Said on the 24th of November 1843, which cost was ordered by said Court to be paid by ; said Habeus Corpus having been issued to stay “a vexatious and malicias [malicious] Suit which said had caused to be instituted against said , and hereof make due returns to the of said court within seventy days from this date.
