The people of the city of to the of said city. Greeting:
We command you. that of the goods and chattels of Charles Drown, in your , you make the sum of Twenty <​four.​> seven dollars and thirty seven and one half cents. The same being cost of court. in case of said Drown before the Municipal Court of said , on , October 11 the and october 13th 1843.— praying for deliverance from arrest of one Samuel Waterman, and hereof make due return to me within seventy days from this date.
