The People of the State of To of said Greeting;
We command you, that the body of Joseph Smith in your custody detained as it is said together with the day & cause of his caption and detention by whatsoever name the said Joseph Smith may be known or called, You safely have before , Judge of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, in Said forthwith whereever he may be found, to abide such order, as the said Shall make in this behalf— Hereof fail not and bring this writ with you
