whereas the in the above suit did obtain a Judgment on the 10th day of March 1843, for $99,00 damages and $11,59½ cost, upon which was issued same day: and upon which Judgment, an appeal has been granted to the to the Municipal Court of the said city of , Now therefore you will take notice and inform the members of the said Municipal Court to convene for said trial on Monday the 10 day of April 1843, and notify the parties to be also there also.
