The petition of the undersigned, citizens, your petitioners respectfully represents, that your petitioners believe that the opening of Back Street from Mulholland St. to Munson St. would be for the convenience of the inhabitants of the , and your petitioners therefore pray your Honourable body to order said St opened as aforesaid, and your petitioners, as in duty bound will ever pray &c
