You are hereby commanded that you <​to​> Summon , if he shall be found in your , personally to be and appear before me, at my in the city of , on the 20th day of February A. D. 1843, at 10 O’Clock A.M. to answer , of a plea of on the case on proving to the damage of him the said ninety nine dollars as he saith. And have you then there this writ.
