Greeting, We command the <or any constable> of the City of that the body of be had before before me, Joseph Smith mayor. at my in said on friday the 2d day of Decr. inst. at Twelve oclock noon to answer to said complaints.— hereof fail not & bring this writ with you & your doings thereon.—
