off to from lot No Thirty in tract one, supposed to contain, one hundred and forty four acres of land, reserving from the above tracts of land, all and every such lots or parcels of land as have been bargained sold and conveyed by deed, by the said to any person or persons since the above described tracts have been in his hands
To have and to hold the above described premises / excepting the reservations as aforesaid, with all their appurtenances improvements and priveleges unto the said Joseph Smith Sole Trustee <in trust> for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. And the said and Rosanah [Rosannah Robinson Marks] his wife the aforesaid premises unto the said Joseph Smith <Sole> Trustee in trust for the Church of Jesus Christ, excepting the reservations as aforesaid, against the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever, do, and will warrant and for ever defend
