Wherefore they shall be pluck ed out Behold I the Lord have  made my Church in these las[t]  days like unto a jud[g]e sitting  on a hill or in an high place  to judge the nations for it shall  come to pass that the inhabitan ts of Zion shall judge all  things and all liars and hypo crites shall be proved by them  and they which are not Apostles  and prophets shall be known  and the judge and his Counse lors if they are not faithful in  there Stewardship shall be Con demned and others shall be plan[ted]  in there stead for behold I say u[nto]  you that Zion shall flou[r] ish and the glory of the Lord  shall be upon her and she s[ha] ll be an ensign unto the peop[le] [p. [161]]
