[Benjamin] Clapp  chief speaker. reporting that Joseph &  had attempted to take away the rights of the  citizens. referring to the slim Election on the  last council.— Esqr . Dr &c  being concernd— gave those present a blowing up  The spirit maketh. intercession &c better &c, “The spirit  maketh intercession for us with striving which  cannot be exp[r]essed:[”] [p. [165]]
