Elder spoke on the subject of the  ressurection, and other subjects of importance. Also  of the necessity of publishing another edition of  the Hymn Book.
On motion, resolved, that a new edition of  Hymn Books be printed immediately, and that the  one published by D. W. Rogers be discarded
Elder Ezra Hayes was then put upon trial  for teaching doctrines injuri[o]us to the Church, and for  falsehoods; which having been proven against him,  his licence was withdrawn, and he required to give  satisfaction to those whom he had offended.
Charges were then presented against D. W. Rogers.  On motion, resolved, that the case of Bro. D. W. Rogers  be handed over to the High Council.
Asahel Perry made application to be receivd  into fellowship.
On motion resolved, that, Asahel Perry be  received into his former standing
On motion, resolved, that all unfinished business  of this Conference be refered to the High Council of  this stake.
The president, then returned thanks to the  conference for the good attention and liberality manif ested, and then pronounced a blessing upon them
Conference then adjourned to April 6th. 1840—
