wherewith they have trespassed or where with their fathers  have tresspassed or their fathers fathers then thine indignation  shall be turned away & vengeance shall <no more> come no more upon  him <them> saith the Lord your God & their trespasses shall never be  brought any more as <a> atestimony before the lord against  them Amen
Revelation, 6 December 1832 [D&C 86]
Revelation given December 6, 1832 Ohio  explaining the parable of the Wheat & Tears [tares]
Verily thus saith the Lord unto you my servants concerning the parable of the  Wheat & of the Tears. Behold verily I say that the field was the world, & the  apostles were the sowers of} the seed; & after they have fallen asleep, the great  persecutor of the church, the apostate, the whore, even Babylon that ma keth all nations to drink of her cup, in whose heart the enemy even Satan  sitteth to reign. Behold he soweth the Tears; wherefore the tears choke the  wheat & drive the church into the wilderness. But behold in the last days:  even now while the Lord is begining to bring forth the word, & the blade  is springing up & is yet tender: Behold verily I say to <unto> you, the angels are  crying unto the Lord day & night, who are ready & waiting to be sent forth to  reap down the field. But the Lord saith unto them, pluck not up the Tears  while the blade is yet tender (for verily your faith is weak) lest you destroy  the wheat also, therefore let the wheat & the tears grow together untill the  Harvest is fully ripe Then ye shall first gather out the wheat from the  Tears, & after the gathering of the wheat, behold & lo the tears are bound in  bundles, & the field remaineth to be burned. Therefore thus saith the  Lord unto you with whom the priesthood hath continued through the  lineage of your fathers: For ye are lawful heirs according to the flesh  & have been hid from the world, with Christ in God. Therefore your  life & the priesthood hath remained & must needs remain through you  & your lineage untill the resteration of all things, spoken by the mouth  of all the holy prophets since the world began: Therefore, blessed are ye  if ye continue in my goodness, a light unto the Gentiles, & through  this priesthood a saveior unto the world my people Israel, the Lord hath  said it. mills December 6, 1832 Given by Joseph the seer. & written  by the Scribe & counsellor & transcribed by assistant scribe  & counsellor. & copied by the clerk of the presidency: And  Recorded by by the Lords Clerk.
