Br. Joseph Smith jr. said that inasmuch as the Lord had bestowed a great  blessing upon us in giving commandments and revelations, asked the conference what  testimony they were willing to attach to these commandments which should shortly  be sent to the world. A number of the brethren arose and said, that they were  willing to testify to the world that they knew that they were of the Lord.
Revelation received relative to the same.
Conference adjourned according adjourned until morning.

Br. appointed Moderator, & Clerk. Opened, Prayer by  br.
Br was then ordained to the High priesthood under the  hand of br
The Revelation of last evening read by the moderator the brethren then arose in turn  and bore witness to the truth of the Book of Commandments. After which br. Joseph Smith jr.  arose & expressed his feelings & gratitude concerning the commandment & Preface recieved  yesterday. Conference closed. prayer by br. .

Br. Joseph Smith jr. appointed moderator & Clerk. opened, prayer  by br. Joseph Smith jr.
Remarks by br. on the errors or mistakes which are in command ments and revelations, made either by the scribe translation in consequence  of the slow way of the scribe at the time of receiving or by the scribes themselves  & Resolved by this conference that Br Joseph Smith Jr correct those errors or  mistakes which he m[a]y discover by the holy Spirit while receiving the revelations  wing reviewing the revelations & commandments & also the fulness of the  scriptures. Resolved by this conference that br shall  all the writings which go forth to the world which go through the  Printing press (except the revelations and commandments) by the Spirit  of the Lord and this according to the commandment given in [p. 16]
