Council opened by singing and prayer by . then called on the  for a letter written to from Prest Joseph  Smith jr, the then read the letter after which  Brs Isaac Higbee, William Snow, and ,   were appointed to speak on the case, who urged  the necessity of assisting the Brethren Joseph Smith jr  and up here. 1st Resolved. That by the High Council, Bishoprick  and all the assembly, That . ,  and , be a committee to obtain two  waggons and teams and money to go and meet the  Brethren J. Smith jr & and assist them on  way hither and also to raise three hundred dollars  if consistent
