Monday morning the 8th  attended at the us[u]al hour,— nothing  worthy of note transpired— in the afternoon  lectured in upper room of the  with some of the brethren,— at evening Mr  visited , in company with President’s   & , he converses freely, is an  interesting man— This day  my scribe, received my journal again, his  health is so much improved that he thinks  he will be able, with the blessing of God to  perform this duty
