Personally appeared before me an acting justice of the peace in and for said , who being duly sworn according to law deposeth and saith, that some time during last winter, he accused Doctor , with having illicit intercourse with , and some others, when said replied that She made a first rate go, and further this deponent saith not and from personal observations I Should have taken said & as man, & wife, had I not known to this contrary and further this deponent said not.
