I do hereby assign and set over all my my right, title, claim, interest, property and demand whatsoever, in and to the within bond, unto Joseph Smith Junr. his heirs, or assigns for value received reserving Lot No four in Block one hundred and Sixty, and Lot No One in Block one hundred and twenty six— Witness my hand Seal this twenty third day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and forty
