To all people to whom these presents shall come Greeting: Know ye that I and wife Ann [Kelly] Bosley of in the County of Geauga and State of Ohio, for the consideration of two hundred dollars received to our full satisfaction of Joseph Smith Jr. of the town of County of Geauga and State of Ohio do give, grant bargain sell and confirm unto him the said Joseph Smith Junior the following described, tract or Lot of land situate in said Township No. nine in the ninth Range of [p. 567]
