This day personally appeard before me an acting Justice in and for said and his wife whose Signatures appear to the foregoing deed And who is personally known to me to be the persons described in and who executed the same Did acknowledge they executed the Same for the uses and purposes therein mentioned And the said being by me made acquainted with the Contents of said deed acknowledged that she relinquished her dower to the said premises therein conveyed freely voluntarily and without compulsion of her said
Given under my hand and seal this 25th day of April A. D. 1840
