I a Justice of the Peace of said do certify that and Rosannah his wife whose signatures appear to the foregoing deed and are presonally known to me to be the persons described in and who executed the same did acknowledge that they had executed the same freely voluntarily and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned & expressed.— And the said Rosannah Marks being made acquainted with the contents of said conveyance and examined separate separate and apart from her acknowledged that she relinquished her dower to the premises therein conveyed freely voluntarily and without compulsion of her .— Given under my hand and seal this 11th. day of February A.
