Before me — a Justice of the peace in and for said personally appeared the within named & Rosannah his wife & acknowledged the signing and sealing of the within instrument to be their voluntary act and deed; and the said Rosannah being at the same time examined by me Separate & apart from her said & the contents of said Deed made known to her by me, she then declared that she did voluntarily sign seal & acknowledge the same & that she is still satisfied therewith, this 5th day of Feb 1838
