Be it remembered that on this 29th day of October 1860, on motion is appointed administrator of Joseph Smith Jr, deceased, and is ordered to give bond in the penal sum of five hundred dollars conditioned according to law with and Thomas Wilder [Jr.] as sureties which said bond was executed & filed & Letters of administration issued and the Court appoint , George Frank & Dexter Damon as appraisers to appraise the personal estate—
