To the Honorable of said Court:
The undersigned in Chancery for said Reports to your Honor that he after having advertised in Compliance with said decree did on the 16th day of August 1845 expose the premises in said decrees decree described to public and that at said time & place of sale the plaintiff bid for the same the Sum of five hundred & twenty two dollars & eighty five cents,
| which being the highest bid the same was struck struck off & sold to him at said sum of | $522.85 |
| that the principal & interest on said decree up to the day of sale amount to the sum of | $458.46 $464.39 |
| the costs & expenses on the same amount to the sum of | $58[.]46 |
that I he has paid the said costs & expences & applied the balance to Satisfaction of said principal & interest by allowing the same on the bid of the said ; that there is now nothing remaining in his hands of the same; and that he has executed a certificate of purchase for the same premises &c
