I— of Township Geauga County & State of Ohio— feeling the importan[c]e of recomending to remembrance every worthey sitizan who has by thier conduct commended themself <themselves> to pursonal acquaintances by their course of strict integraty and disire for truth and common Justice— feal it my duty to state that s management in the arangment of the unfinished business of people that have moved to the in recliaming their pledges and theirby sustaining their integraty and has been truly praise worthey and has entitled him to my highest esteem and ever gratefull resolution
