Married Margaret Shankland, 1811, in Pompey. Moved to Madison, Geauga Co., Ohio, by 1820. One of fifteen jurors who brought a bill of indictment against JS for assault and battery in Ohio v. Smith, 16 June 1835. Buried in South Ridge Cemetery in Madison.
