Biography
1819–?. Born in Ohio. Married William Henry Harrison Sagers, 22 Dec. 1834, in Clay Co., Missouri. Moved to Hancock Co., Illinois, by 1840. Submitted charges of teaching polygamy against her husband to First Presidency and Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, ca. 10 Apr. 1844. Placed ads in Nauvoo Expositor and Brooklyn Eagle and Kings County Democrat stating she would not be responsible for any of her husband’s debt.
