Know all men by these presents that we and Solomon Tise [Tice] Wm Jackways are held and firmly bound unto in the sum of eighty one Dollars & fifty six cents dollars lawful money of the to be paid unto the said his heirs executors administrators or assigns for the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind ourselves and our heirs executors and administrators firmly by these presents Sealed with our seals and dated the eighth day of February 1819— whereas the said hath recovered a Judgment of forty Dollars & seventy eight cents damages and four Dollar & seventy six <​cents​> cost before Abraham Spear Esquire one of the Justices of the peace in and for the county of and whereas the said <​of him the the said​> and whereas the said hath appealed said Judgment to the Court of Common Pleas of said County of . The condition of this obligation is such that if the said shall prosecute the said appeal with all due diligence to a decision in the Court of Common Pleas of said and to pay the Judgment together with interest thereon and costs of such appeal then this obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force
