In Consideration of Three hundred dollars to me in hand paid I of Hancock Co State of Illinois do hereby obligate myself my heirs— executors— administrators and assigns to make and execute a good and sufficient warantee deed to William Allred his heirs, executors, administrators or— assigns— at the expiration of Four years from the date hereof for all that lot of land— Known on the map of The Said Town of as Lot No three in Block One hundred and fortyseven
And for the performance of this obligation I hereby bind myself— my heirs— executors, administrators and assigns in the penal sum of six hundred dollars.——
Witness my hand and seal this twentyfifth day September One thousand Eight hundred and thirty nine
