land: for which the said gave a bond, to the said for a deed for the above described premises, which land the said has sold to the said Joseph Smith Jr & . Now if the above bound Joseph Smith Jr shall well and truly satisfy the said for the above described property and secure the said against the bound bond given by the said to the said then this bond to become null and void otherwise to be and remain in full force and virtue.
