Neglect of Duty
Specification In this that he has negllected neglected or refuesed to give orders for A court of assesment <on the 14 of May> and also for A court of appeals <on the 28 of May> in his Reg[iment] after the General Parade on the 7th of May— 1842 and thereby depriving the Legion of the use of the funds which would have been assesed and has suffered delinquents to escape justis all done in open violation an ordinance of the Court martial of said Legion
Capt 2 Company 1 Batt[alion] 2 Reg’t 2 Cohort Nauvoo Legion
Trial to be had, after the adj[ournmen]t of the Gen[era]l. C[our]t Martial, this day the 3rd. June 1842.— it being presented this Day.— [p. [1]]
