Coun. arose to make some remarks on the subject of the in reference to what was said in his absence on the subject at the last meeting. He explained the course he had pursued, and the course he should continue to pursue in relation to conducting the papers. He explained the reason why the[y] sometimes changed articles before they published them. He will not give way that there is a better paper in the Western country, nor a better conducted paper, nor more interesting of the same size than the “Neighbor”, he knows there is not.
