Men who have not been enlightened by the same spirit we have, dont know why we feel anxious about certain matters, nor why we care nothing about our charter. He has ever felt pleased with this council. Here we can unbosom our feelings, and bring our intelligence to bear and make plans which will ultimately free the world. The hand seems to be moving in every part of the earth. The leaven is in the meal, and it will leaven the whole lump.
