and controls all the affairs pertaining to it. When Joseph was living it was Joseph and his council that governed the affairs of the whole church, and it is now the Twelve which governs, and he dont suppose that any other body could counteract their influence amongst this people. This fifty will be the governing and controlling body of this kingdom even if we called in ten thousand men into the council. He will defy any man to draw the line between the spiritual and temporal affairs in the kingdom of God.
