sold, and ed, and by these presents do bargain, sell, Quit Claim and give immediate possession unto Joseph Smith as sole Trustee in Trust for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day saints, his successors in office and assigns forever, all and each of our right, title, interest, claim and demand on all that certain piece of land known and described as follows, to wit: Fifty acres off from the North end of the East half of the North West quarter of Section Twelve, Range Six North, eight West of the fourth principal meridian, together with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
