This Indenture made, and entered into, This the twenty first day of March in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty two between and Malinda [Robinson Barnett] his wife, of the County of and State of Illinois, of the one part, and and of the County of and State aforesaid, of the other part, Witnesseth, that the said and Malinda his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred dolla[rs] to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby gra[nt] bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the said and their [p. 399]
