Know all men by these presents that I Joseph Smith of and State of , in consideration of the sum of Four hundred <and fifty> dollars, to me in hand paid by of the place above mentioned the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have and do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said , his heirs and assigns the following described town lots viz: Lots No three and four in Block No twenty one two in the town of formerly , and also lots No One and four in block no one in the first addition to said
