Stark County Ills August 8th 1844
Dear Sir
Brother H J Rhodes has Just Retuned [illegible] your City. he says that there is a prospect [illegible]er paying something to the Estate of Broth[er] [illegible] as soon as some of the Friends Return [illegible] and arrange the Business of the Church [illegible] say to you that there are several [illegible] Demands against the Estate that are [ve]ry prssing at this time I shall Be in [you]r City the 11 of September (Extraordinary [exc]epted). I then want all the funds that you [can] Rais If you can Rais funds at an Earlier [illegible] Write me and I will come and attend to it Also if it is impossible to Rais any at that [tim]e Write me and Write me the time you [illegible] pay and yo[u] will much oblige your [H]umble Servant
