Dear Sir,
The following is a list of lands in your neighborhood which I have for sale, with the prices annexed.
59¾ acres off South End of the East 110 acres of the N E 21. 6 n. 8 W.— Tax title— price $5.00 pr acre.
South East 7. 6 n 8 7 W.— Tax title— $2.50. pr acre
South West 10. 6 n 8 7 W. Tax title— $0.80 pr acre.
South <East> half of S. E. 18. 6 n. 7 W. Tax title. $2.00 pr acre.
I would like a good buggy & harness,— a covered one would be preferred— in paymt of any of the above lands, if it could be had at a fair price.
