MILITARY NOTICE
All Military Delinquents are hereby informed that the Colonels are no longer authorised to remit fines, but according to an ordinance passed in the last Court Martial, they are only empowered to suspend the collection of fines until the next court of assesments.
As a law is passed for the erection of an Arsenal; Military bills of credit will be issued for the purpose of erecting said building. will have a quantity of said bills in his hands, and all delinquents will have the opportunity of paying their fines by labor or materials upon application to .
