nor less than ten Dollars; and the said License shall continue in force for one week and no longer: and such person or persons as aforesaid, who may be found in open violation of this section, shall forfeited and every pay for each & every such offence the sum of fifty Dollars: all exhibitions inconsistent with decency or contrary to good morals, are expressly prohibited under the penalty of one hundred Dollars for each offence.
