An Ordinance, Creating certain further additional City Offices therein named.
Sec. 1. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of , that in addition to the city officers heretofore elected, there shall be elected by the City Council, one city Coroner, one city Pound keeper, and one city Auctioneer, whose duties and fees shall hereafter be severally defined by Ordinances.
Sec. 2 That all laws and parts of laws, inconsistent with this Ordinance, bee, and they hereby are repealed.
Sec. 3. This ordinance to take effect, and be in force, from and after its passage.
Passed July 5, 1842.
