I hereby Certify that the sum of thirty four dollars & eighty seven & one half Cents has been this day allowed by the City Council, to be paid to Supervisor, out of the City Treasury, and that a sum of sixteen dollars & fifty six <¼> Cents thereof, be paid to him in Cash. which amt. <of $34.87½> the City Treasurer will please pay him.— Given under my hand, and the Seal of the Corporation, at , Ills, this 30th. day of January 1843.—
