I hereby Certify that the City Council of the City of have this day allowed Nine Dollars & fifty Cents, being the amount deducted from his pay as a Member of the City Council, for fines, for the year 1842, which sum the will please pay him out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
