To the Honourabl council of the City of — We the under signers inhabitants of said humbly Sheweth that we labor under great inconveniance for the want of a Street to Wit begining at the north End of a Street near the Brick house of thence running north across the half Section the distance of a half mile
And we your Petitioners will ever Pray—
