To the Hon City Council gentleman we your undersignd petitioners having understood that there is a hog Law passed in the . we your humble petitioners pray your hon body to Repeal the above law and to pass some law to make the owners of unruly hogs accountable for All damages Committed buy them gentleman we Do believe that you will act for the best.
